I came to know Richa Saklani at a time when I was standing at one of the most critical crossroads for me as a parent. But we were fortunate, my daughter Nayantara attended a session by Richa’s team. She found the session and the intensive counselling that followed very useful – and made a confident choice! Several years later, as a trained chef and a practicing professional in the food and hospitality sectors, my daughter sometimes considers getting back to Richa to brainstorm about the way forward. It is Inomi's unique genius that turns the crucial and utterly daunting task of identifying suitable career paths into a simpler, clear, and doable process for the often confused and sometimes fickle teen mind. We're extremely impressed with the thinking, planning, and painstaking work that would have gone into creating the highly nuanced Pathfinder programme. In a rigorous and carefully executed 3 hour session, Richa and Krutika helped our son unearth life goals and aptitudes that lay within him already. They then helped him understand and prioritize the career paths matching his aspirations and talents. Towards the end of the session they explained to us how they had helped him distill his thoughts into a final set of 4 broad career paths. A week later we received a clearly articulated and comprehensive document detailing these inputs, together with recommended career paths and directions on how to traverse each of them, the challenges to be met, the required skills and training,as well as the likely financial compensation. After the Pathfinder session with Inomi, our son has before him a diversity of wonderful career options, some of which he had never thought of but which are so very suited to his particular talents and life expectations. I got career guidance for both my daughters and the sessions were extremely helpful. They both came back with great clarity and confidence about the general career direction they wanted to pursue. Richa is brilliant on how she takes these children through this journey and helps them discover their own potential, their interest and career choices. Thankfully the session is not driven by some online career assessment that defines their interests or career strengths or for these children. I tried a session / assessment like that and we were extremely disappointed with the outcome.. sadly the career counselling space is filled with those.. I highly recommend Richa's methods. They have truly developed a great programme. They are extremely sincere and available for you at any time you have doubt or a question… even followup sessions if needed.
