RICHA DWIVEDI SAKLANI
Principal Counselor
Richa entered career guidance in 2004 after a career in corporate banking, business media and stock analysis. An accredited MBTI trainer and a certified coach, she has worked with over 10,000 people in career and college guidance. Richa has a certificate in college counseling from UCLA, and she is a member of the international ACAC. An IIM Ahmedabad and St Stephens College alumnus, Richa has worked across industries as an experiential trainer for teams and leaders. She has led programs on visioning, leadership, teamwork and conflict management with companies like Google, Lenovo, Pepsi, and The Smart Cube Richa runs a monthly column called Career Cues in The Hindu. She is the author of The Ultimate Guide to 21stCentury Careers (Hachette India, 2017).
KRITIKA MALHOTRA
Lead Counselor
A Les Roches Switzerland alumnus, Kritika has over 10 years of experience in career and college guidance. She is MBTI-accredited and specializes in career counseling and guidance for students applying to universities in India, the US, the UK, Canada, and Europe. Kritika has worked extensively with overseas admissions for top universities in the US, UK, Switzerland, and Australia, helping students navigate their educational and career journeys.
ROMIE MALHOTRA
Lead Counselor
An ISB alumnus, Romie has over 12 years of experience in education and admissions abroad. She’s worked extensively with students for application & admission to leading universities in US, UK, Germany, Canada & Australia. Romie's role involves not only guiding students through the complexities of university applications but also providing personalized mentorship and empowering students to achieve their academic goals.
Eeva Pachhapur
Lead Counselor
With a passion in education and training in IB curriculum, Eeva has been mentoring parents and students in their school and college counselling journey across STEM areas. Having gone through the US undergraduate system herself, Eeva is very well aware of the educational landscape of the US and similar systems. Along with her counselling expertise, she brings a well-rounded experience covering business analysis, operational supervision, and management from her banking career in the US.

Lead Outreach Counselor
Poonam has over a decade of experience in the education industry, guiding numerous students toward their best-fit paths. As a mother of two daughters who studied in the US, she combines personal insights with professional expertise to offer well-rounded support. Passionate about engaging with both students and parents, Poonam gets an exclusive coaching and parenting experience with the Inomi team.
KAMALIKA CHOWDHURY
Outreach Counselor
A computer science engineer with an MBA from ICFAI, Hyderabad, Kamalika has worked in marketing, social media and as a research associate in startups. She taught students computer science before joining Inomi, where she combines her passion for guiding students with her talents for outreach and communications.
